We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our finance team as the Assistant Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
Generate regular financial reports for management review.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing insights and recommendations.
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations.
Manage banking relationships and optimize cash management processes.
Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial trends and performance.
Team Collaboration:

Proven experience in finance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
Advanced knowledgeable of payroll, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
