Position Summary: This position will perform a variety of administrative and personal tasks, including providing logistical support, assisting with daily requests, travel logistics and helping with operational and administrative matters.
The primary mission is to provide support one of the managing partners of Excel and support to his senior leadership team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supports senior-level executives with administrative tasks including:
Answering and directing calls;
Managing correspondence;
Maintaining schedules;
Developing and maintaining filing system;
Booking and organizing travel needs;
Performs complex and confidential administrative responsibilities;
Handles special requests for Golf and Events clients, which may include tickets, merchandise, gifts, etc.

Producing and submitting expense reports;
Serves as point of contact between executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow;
Assists Marketing Managers and Agents with client management to include:
Concierge requests (restaurant reservations, party planning, family needs, etc.
);
Logistics for corporate partner initiatives and activations, charity events, media interviews, etc.
;
Develops strategic relationships in key concierge areas;
Responds to fan mail, charitable requests and general inquiries as directed;
Secures and sends product for clients' personal and charitable needs and tracks that product to ensure receipt;
Tracks divisional requests and fulfillments;
Assists in ensuring information is up to date and accurately portrayed externally;
Takes thorough meeting minutes and disseminates them to the group;
Adjusts schedule as needed depending on Partner needs;
All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required;
2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: experience using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint or similar platform is preferred;
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and exercise flexibility as needed;
Must have strong problem-solving skills and remain composed in pressure-filled situations;
Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Must have exceptional organizational skills;
Must be able to maintain discretion and manage highly confidential information.
Knowledge of golf is a plus.
The pay range for this position is: $65,000- $75,000 per year.

This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
