We're looking for a Administrative and HR Assistant to join our team to assist our management team and build a positive relationship with our network providers.
Please be aware that this position is a hybrid role, *3 days remote and 2 days in office*.
Our office is located in Midtown, Manhattan.
*Responsibilities:* Ø _*Administrative Support*_ · Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
· Handle general inquiries and assist the management team.
· Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Ø _*HR Assistance: *_ * Assist HR manager in the recruitment process by coordinating job posts, interviews, collecting and reviewing resumes.
* Prepare and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Assist in insurance enrollment, 401k plan and onboarding process.
* Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide basic information.
Ø _*Documentation and Record-keeping: *_ * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for employees, including personnel files and benefits information.
* Prepare and distribute internal communications related to HR policies and procedures.
Ø _*Coordination and Communication: *_ * Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and events as needed.
* Act as a liaison between employees and HR, facilitating communication and addressing queries.
Ø _*Compliance*_ * Assist HR manager in ensuring company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Stay informed about changes in HR-related laws and update internal policies accordingly.
Ø _*Qulifications:*_ · Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
· Basic understanding of human resources principles and practices.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ø _*Education:*_ · Bachelor degree or equivalent; additional education in HR or management relevant field is a plus.
· Previous experience in an office or HR assistant role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.
00 - $28.
