Welcome to MWS, we are a Holistic Health Center and we are looking for a Client Success Coordinator, our center is a welcoming place to our clients providing a sense of community, empathy, and understanding.
The ideal candidate is caring, empathetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about community and guest experiences.
MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
This position is for you if you are seeking to learn, grow, work in a team-driven environment, can handle multi-tasking, and are fluent in Spanish and English.
Interest in nutrition, health, spirituality, and holistic medicine is a PLUS.
Duties include:
Answering phones
Booking appointments
Address scheduling conflicts
Closing sales for retail products and programs as recommended by therapists
Displaying exceptional knowledge of products, services, and packages offered
Learning to use our internal booking system and demonstrating proficiency in application.
Teamwork - Helping your other team members
Management support including training Reception candidates.
Other requirements include:
Strong customer service and sales skills.
The position continually requires demonstrated poise, service with a smile, tact, and diplomacy.
Engaging personality and detail-oriented skills are essential.
Strong oral communication in Spanish and English.
Time management and organizational skills are necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technology is required.
Previous experience in a fast-paced service environment a plus, similar to a day spa, salon, retail, luxury, call center, or reservation booking
Interest in wellness and holistic health care is a plus.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong PC and keyboarding skills.
Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
Available to work varied shifts (evenings and weekends)
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
