We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with the ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment and provide administrative support to a senior executive.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates events with hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
Organizes and assists in various projects, reports, and daily operations.
Prepares expense reports and correspondence.
Manages calendar and provides phone support.
Works on special projects as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Experience providing administrative support to C-level executives within a corporate environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and mail mergers.
Proficient with Zoom for coordinating video conferences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of management.
Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
Flexible to work overtime.
Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Ability to stay poised and professional under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
