1982) located in Northern NJ (Essex County) has an immediate opening for an office-based Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
-Full Time Position: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

We are currently looking for a self-motivated team player who is reliable, has great communication skills, very organized, pays close attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
_*Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:*_
-Main focus on customer service role
-Customer Inquiries/Expedites
-Maintaining multiple customer and internal company spreadsheets & calendars
-Maintain Open Purchase Order Excel Report
-Maintain Open Work Order Excel Report
-Assist Operations & Sales team with any inquiries, customer & vendor-related matters
-RMAs & Debit Memos
-Managing job tracking system
-Data entry & Accounting assistance/back-up, as needed
-Assisting in answering/covering phone lines
-Assisting with misc.
projects, as needed
_*Experience:*_
-MUST have strong Microsoft Excel & Word skills/knowledge
-Previous office experience is a plus
