Bookkeeper
Looking for a full-time quality bookkeeper who demonstrates an ability to be professional, organized, positive, and energetic.
This individual must be sensitive to the needs of the organization, maintain goodwill and promote a productive work environment.
This role will report directly to our Accounting Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
· Must demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
· Self-motivation with an enthusiasm for working with people is essential
Primary Responsibilities:
· Assists senior management with projects as assigned
· Bookkeeping tasks and general accounting support – Quick Books
· Daily deposits
· Invoicing
· Processing checks
· Postings to accounts
· Preparing payables & receivables
· Bank and credit card statement reconciliation
· General ledger entries
· Bi-weekly payroll assistance if needed
· Maintaining an organized, efficient and friendly environment
· Providing administrative support and other duties as assigned, such as completing forms, filing, billing, collections and applying – posting of cash applications
Recommended Qualifications:
· Minimum 1-2 years accounting/business degree; bachelor’s degree is preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sales force
Required Qualifications:
· Solid computer proficiency with Quick Books
