We are looking for a talented Product Portfolio Operations professional to join our exciting team and create visible and impactful change! You will work closely with CB Design leaders and teams to come up with strategies to enable them to do their best work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Understand complex processes at the macro (e.
g.
, between teams) and micro (e.
g.
, within teams) levels to build bridges, bring order, and enable CB Design organization to scale effectively
Partner with design leadership to establish an operational foundation that enables everyone to perform their best and foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels belong
Plan events, initiatives, and trainings to elevate team culture and team members’ collective skills
Help design leadership organize, streamline, and amplify communications through various channels and touch points
Manage vendors, tools, software, application training, and licenses across our organization
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access to design files, templates, and resources
Allocate, optimize, and track budgets for third party and expenses across teams
Assist senior leadership achieve efficiency and effectiveness in scheduling, organizing, planning and tracking progress on key project initiatives
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of work experience in operations or program management role
Experience navigating through a large organization with various stakeholders and complex processes
Experience in using administrative tools and software such as Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills
Nice to have
Familiarity with FinTech terminologies
Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology and Agile process
Familiarity with design and collaboration tools/software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and LucidSpark
