Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a Human Capital Coordinator to join their NYC team.
The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (need flexibility to work overtime as needed) and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth and effective operations of the Human Capital team
* Welcome and onboard new hires
* Provide operational and technical support for human capital processes
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
* Offer project-related assistance and facilitate cross departmental cooperation
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 1+ years of experience, preferably in financial/professional services
* Communicative professional with an affinity for client service
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $70K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
