UWS-based technology and real estate company is seeking a person to work on research and organizational needs.
Person must be good at spreadsheets, writing, and taking initiative.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of work/office experience, which would help them experience identifying papers and properly categorizing them by type (financial, operating, marketing, etc.
) and by importance.
You will also research different several different communities.
You will contact different organizations and see if they would be interested in office space in the buildings and we would offer reduced or free rent to qualified organizations.
You must be able to take direction, as well as to work efficiently without supervision.
First and foremost, we are looking for a good communicator who has excellent writing and computer skills.
Hours are part-time, minimum three days per week.
