Our client, a real estate investment trust, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their NYC team.
The hours are 8:30/9am-5:30/6pm and this role is in the office five days a week (one day per month remote perk).
Responsibilities:
* Perform daily walkthroughs of conference rooms, manage reservations, and ensure all services are provided at the highest level
* Address equipment and/or AV issues; ensure all employee requests are logged into the company's ticketing system
* Maintain Executive Gym including laundry service, toiletries, and supplies; coordinate contracted cleaning services
* Maintain inventory of all conference room and kitchen supplies; manage all plant/flower orders for the corporate offices
* Work closely with Executive Chef, Executive Kitchen staff, Reception, and Executive Assistants
* Process all invoices and purchase orders
* Assist with printing, binding, and special projects as required
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 3-5+ years of experience
* Project management experience a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $60-70K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
