Our client, an interior design firm, is seeking an Office Manager, Production Manager, and Design Assistant to join their NYC office.
The hours are 9am-5pm and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Place orders and create client proposals for all projects using Design Manager, tracking and managing inventory
* Coordinate internship postings, application reviews, and selection processes
* Maintain a smooth and efficient office environment: answer phones, monitor office correspondence, manage and organize office upkeep, supplies, filing, and maintenance
* Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
* Maintain sample library and act as contact for new vendors
* Work closely with design team to oversee general production for all projects and project support
* Work closely with Principal to manage social media and website; assist wit personal projects as needed
Qualifications:
* Degree preferred
* 3+ years' experience
* Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
* CRM and vendor management experience a plus
* Enthusiastic professional capable of wearing many hats
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $75K base depending on experience + bonus
