Our client, a leading financial advisory firm and investment bank, is seeking a Vice President of Facilities to join their NYC team.
The hours are 8am-5:30/6pm (flexible depending on business needs) and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives
* Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of facility operations
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, security, and janitorial services
* Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation
* Ensure facilities comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
* Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers
* Support capital projects related to facility expansion, renovation, or upgrades
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree highly preferred
* 5-10+ years of experience in a similar capacity
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing facilities management
* Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
* Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills
* Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
* Prior experience overseeing an office move and buildout
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $140-150K base depending on experience + bonus
* 20 vacation days and 2 personal days
