Our client, a global industrial company, is seeking a Travel and Hospitality Assistant to coordinate all aspects of travel for a Co-CEO/family in NYC.
The hours are 8am-5:30pm/6pm (flex for earlier/later and travel as needed) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day remote.
Responsibilities:
* Execute detailed logistical plans for personal/high profile hospitality events, ensuring a bespoke experience at premier venues
* Collaborate with external vendors (hotels and restaurants) to secure the most desirable reservations and accommodations
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the principal's preferences
* Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries, documents, and briefing materials
* Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with critical points of contact in all areas of hospitality
* Conduct global market research to identify the best restaurants, venues, and travel destinations
* Coordinate and accompany the principal and Chief of Staff team on visits to various sites
* Stay attuned to industry developments, trends, and emerging destinations to provide strategic recommendations
Qualifications:
* Degree preferred
* 5-8+ years of relevant experience within the luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industry
* Comfortable travelling frequently (internationally and domestically with little notice
* Sophisticated and creative professional with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in travel booking systems and office software
* White glove service mentality and comfortable liaising with high profile individuals
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $200K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
