Our client, a leading independent strategic communications firm, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, composed and adaptable executive assistant to support the firm's CEO and COO.
This role will act as a crucial liaison between the CEO/COO and internal/external stakeholders, managing information flow and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing, coordinating and supporting CEO and COO as it relates to all daily calls, meetings, events, and conferences
* Arrange and manage travel and accommodations
* Assist CEO and COO with the preparation of presentation materials, including new business, trainings, speaking engagements, and marketing
* Compile monthly expense reports
* Support internal and external office, marketing, and client events, including charitable donations, conferences and event table management
* Collaborate with other administrative staff and colleagues to establish efficient operational procedures
* Provide backup support for administrative colleagues and perform ad-hoc duties and projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Minimum four (4) years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, confidential client driven professional services environment -- preferably in a small to mid-sized firm
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detailed oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
* Able to work collaboratively as well as independently
* Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines
* Exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate needs
* Adaptable with an ability to think on their feet and have good judgment - discretion with confidentiality is required
* Willing to take on challenges and have a proactive and positive approach to duties - no ask is too big or small
* Bachelor's degree required
* Ability to work in-person Monday - Thursday with Fridays remote on occasion; flexibility to work after hours and be on call as needed
Compensation/Benefits:
* 90K-95K DOE
