DMV AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK (Carlstadt)

An immediate opening for an experienced Motor Vehicle Clerk at our dealership in Carlstadt, NJ 07072.
Candidate must be accurate and methodical in handling and processing paperwork in an organized fashion, as well as capable of managing their own time efficiently.
Being a Notary is a plus.
This is a full time position and will have minor travel between both dealership locations.
The responsibilities of this position include: - Titling and registering of all sold vehicles (NJ DMV and out of state deals through DMV State Agencies) - Maintaining assigned schedules (Motor vehicle and Out of State) - Weekly Outstanding title reconciliation - Be able to learn necessary software - Prepare and send finance packages to the banks - Managing Dealership Key System - Responding to banks/customers on titling errors/ outstanding paperwork - Speaking to banks to get payoff information on trades - Answering phones when no other representatives are available - Running office errands - Filing paperwork, misc.
