Responsibilities: - we need teacher who can create a course ( nanny course and newbon care specialist ( baby nurse ) course, we are a nanny and baby nurse placement agency.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning atmosphere - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth - Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the success of each student - Incorporate technology and other innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement - Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs Skills: - Strong classroom management skills to create a structured and organized learning environment - Proficiency in literacy education to foster reading and writing skills in students - Experience working with students of various ages, backgrounds, and abilities - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices for effective instruction - Ability to incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote health and wellness - Passion for educating and inspiring students to reach their full potential - Understanding of child welfare and the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment - Familiarity with childcare regulations and best practices in ensuring child safety - Knowledge of childhood development stages and milestones to inform instructional strategies - Experience or training in special education to support students with diverse learning needs We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
