Our entry-level Client Services Representatives are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.
*Responsibilities of the Client Services Representative:*
* Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressed
* Train directly with seasoned Customer Care Associates and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level role
* Master all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants
* Use our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed
* Display mastery of the entry-level Customer Care Associate position by training newer representatives and team members
* Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts
*Requirements of the Client Services Representative:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
* At least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or different consumer-facing environment
* Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team
* Must possess a student mentality to receive proper training and succeed within the role of the Customer Care Associate

_This is a performance-based position with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.
Average annual earnings range between $42,000-$52,000 per year for standard performance.
Top earners range between $55,000-$65,000 per year.
