CSR PT-CSC

BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for performing teller responsibilities including receiving and processing customer transactions; prepares and maintains various reports and records; provides quality customer service.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Performs full-service teller functions, such as processing deposits, withdrawals and loan payments, cashing customer checks and processing Lock Box transactions.
Prepares a daily settlement of CSR transactions.
Provides quality customer service in a polite and professional manner using Teller Interactive Machine (TIMs) video and audio equipment to service customers located in Spencer Financial Centers.
Provides assistance and answers inquiries from customers within guidelines established by CSC management.
Assists CSC management/supervisors in the daily balancing of the TIMs CSC.
Assists in the maintenance of CSC files.
Complies with all bank security and compliance requirements.
Maintains a competent level of knowledge of the bank’s products and services consistent with the position.
Performs other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Graduate or GED.
Experience: 2 years’ cashier/customer service/retail sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills required.
Must be comfortable interacting with customers over video chat.
Mathematical proficiency required.
Exposure to personal computer-based software preferred.
