We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our Brooklyn-based team.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communicating directly with new and existing customers, crafting personalized product recommendations, and processing order requests.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will receive comprehensive training in the form of classroom style teaching, roleplay scenarios and regular performance evaluations.
Our Customer Service Representatives do a remarkable job interacting with customers and delivering a memorable customer experience that results in long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

*Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:*
* Conduct customer service and sales efforts to new and existing customers, assess if they meet requirements, and complete order requests
* Participate in training sessions on customer service and sales, features and benefits of Verizon’s products, sales metrics and analysis, and customer compliance
* Verify confidential information and maintain confidentiality requirements as well as track customer data to ensure successful installation and sales completion
* Meet directly with customers and interact pleasantly and professionally, while being informative about their potential benefits
* Record and maintain all customer information accurately and promptly
*Customer Service Representative Requirements:*
* A High School diploma or equivalent is required
* 0-2 years as a Benefit Enrollment Representative, Customer Service Specialist, Business Development Associate, volunteer, or similar field
* Drive to learn about community outreach and our efforts in making a difference
* Posses confidence in presentation skills and ability to build rapport with customers through strong active listening and proactive instincts
* Strong desire to continuously learn, develop one’s career, and make an impact
* Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently
* Candidates that are Bilingual are strongly encouraged to apply but it is not a requirement
