As a USA Sport Group Intern, you will gain hands-on work experience at an exciting, fast-paced, sports company.
USA Sport Group internships can provide you with college course credits (depending on school requirements), or simply provide necessary work experience to prepare you for your future career.
The Customer Relations Internship is designed for students studying or those aspiring towards a career in customer experience, human services, hospitality, customer service, and/or public relations.
Students will gain knowledge and experience in customer communications, customer feedback & support, sales, promotions, brand loyalty, and reward schemes.
You will work under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager to provide customers with a positive and satisfying experience via telephone, live chat and email.
You will be at the forefront of building brand loyalty, assisting customers with program registrations, providing support for existing orders, and promoting our products & services wherever possible.
Part of your experience will include assisting Program Managers with program administration, including prepping program folders, health & safety paperwork, and rosters to ensure coaches are prepared and programs run to the high standard our customers have come to expect.
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Maintain and update customer profiles and account information.
* Assist customers with cancelations, refunds, and program switches.
* Understand and uphold company policies and procedures
