Teacher's Assistant for Grade 1

PS166, The Richard Rodgers School of the Arts and Technology, located on the Upper West Side, is in search of a highly qualified Teaching Assistant for a 1st grade class.
Candidates with a Bachelor's in education or an interest in obtaining an education degree strongly preferred.
Experience working at a school, camp or childcare center preferred.
Candidates must be professional, punctual, collaborative and true team players.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
*Benefits are not available with this position*.
T*his is NOT a DOE position.
* Rate of pay is $19 an hour.
Position starts ASAP and ends June 26, 2024, with the option to renew for the following school year.
