A leading AM50 firm is seeking a Corporate associate with 4-7 years or more of legal experience to their growing practice in their New York City office.
The ideal candidate will have experience focused on corporate or securities law.
The person hired for this position will be integrated into a dynamic team where growth and collaboration are essential.
*Role Requirements:* · Track record of managing client relationships · New York bar admission required · Qualified candidates must have 4 – 7 years of legal experience within the AM200 · Excellent academic background required · Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as to collaborate with others in a collegial environment.
· Candidates should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.
The salary range for this position in New York is $295,000 to $400,000, based on experience.
