Worker's Compensation Case Manager

MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A PLAINTIFFS PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM!!! Duties include, but are not limited to: Workers Compensation initial intakes.
Daily communication with insurance for authorized treatment Scheduling of doctor's appointments for clients Verifying client's insurance coverage (verifying employer insurance through NJCRIB) Requesting client records from health care providers Heavy client contact regarding treatment, scheduling, wage loss, etc.
Preparing adjournment requests for calendared Worker's Compensation matters Scan demands and mail Preparing and Filing Worker's Compensation Claim Petitions for Petitioner Heavy filing Candidate must demonstrate the following skills: Strong organizational skills Strong communication and customer service skills Must be understanding and patient High degree of drive to move tasks to completion Attention to detail Professional work ethic Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
