Attorney- Entry Level

ATTORNEY: Midtown NYC law firm seeks NEWLY admitted attorney to the NYS Bar.
The position practice area is a concentration in government operations interference, government restitution claims/collections and no-fault insurance litigation.
Attorney will make court appearances in NY Courts, appearances are currently on-line and in person.
Responsibilities will include court appearances, trial work, motion drafting, document review, pleadings review, appeal work, discovery and settlement discussions.
Must have excellent computer skills.
Compensation package includes 401k/profit sharing, medical, dental and vision benefits available.
Qualifications: Must be admitted to practice law in NYS.
Strong writing skills.
