```Duties```
* Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and trial
* E-Courts filing
* Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Organize and manage case files and documents
* Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
* Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and other meetings
* Maintain calendars and deadlines for multiple cases
* Daily communication with insurance and health adjusters regarding policies, PIP logs and statement coordination
* Scheduling of doctor's appointments for clients
* Requesting client records from health care providers
* Heavy client contact regarding treatment, scheduling, wage loss, etc.
* Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and data entry
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
