Director of Outside Golf Operations

Overview Green Brook Country Club is an 18 hole private golf club which hosts over 19,000 rounds annually.
We are seeking a seasonal (3/1/24-10/31/24) outside operations manager who would work Wednesday-Sunday mornings.

Experience Required Preferred but Non-Required Experience: Outside Operations in a Private club operations ForeTees or Similar Tee Sheet software Management Experience Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities: Complete Opening Procedures including but not limited to: Set up Starter’s Podium with computer and ForeTees Software Communicate with Golf Course Superintendent on Course Conditions Stage Carts and Golf Bags Set-up Range and Practice area Direct outside operations staff to help complete opening tasks Maintain First Tee and direct members to tee off on time.
Work with Golf Staff to identify pace of play issues Work with food and beverage staff to complete on course deliveries Maintain Golf Cart Fleet appearance Work with golf staff leading up to club events Benefits: Meals while on duty Clothing allowance Uniforms Flexible schedule Practice & Playing privileges Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $1,400.
