Do you enjoy managing the day-to-day progress of multiple inter-linked delivery activities? We're looking for an Initiative Manager to: • support the Investment, Trading and Advisory Stream and its stream level activities including Objective and Key Result setting, Big Room Planning activities, funding and coordination with our GOTO Partners • provide transparency of status and progress on the initiatives and products within the stream • manage the stream and crew’s financials, inclusive of technology costs, with the aim of optimizing the investment dollars appropriately as we deliver impactful product solutions • drive resolution of issues that arise across the crews.
• prepare and deliver initiative and crew updates to senior leaders and stakeholders within the organization • assist in driving the overall quality of the stream’s execution, satisfaction of clients and internal consumers • aid in formulating the stream's long-term vision, mission, strategy • aid in the stream in agile practices, empowering and developing crew members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation • partner closely with the Technical Initiative Managers, aligned businesses and control functions as required Your team You’ll be supporting the Investment, Advisory and Trading Stream within US Digital in Weehawken, NJ.

Your expertise • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • ideally 6-10 plus years of experience in Wealth Management • proven experience in and deep-subject matter expertise of the financial services industry, wealth management, operational processes, risk management and regulatory framework • experience leading and delivering largescale change programs • highly motivated independent leader with a strong work ethic • experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices • ability to effectively communicate in both business, financial and technical contexts including managing relationships with industry partners and other teams • excellent analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving, and issues-resolution skills • ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges • strong interpersonal skills – freely develops networks, builds consensus, and prioritizes effectively About us UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
