(\*comScore Total Visits, September 2023) *Day to Day* Indeed is hiring a Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing to join the growing Global Transfer Pricing team.
As a key member of the Global Transfer Pricing team overseeing US Transfer Pricing initiatives, including planning and operations.
Proven self-starter with attention to detail and experience in multinational environments.
Exceptional technical, communication, and process improvement skills.
Based in our New York office, this role offers remote work flexibility and reports to the Global Tax Director, Transfer Pricing.
*Responsibilities* As Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing you would be responsible for: * Develop, implement, and monitor Transfer Pricing structures, identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement.
* Handle dispute resolution matters, including APA and MAP projects, in various jurisdictions.
* Collaboration with various cross functional groups within the business and externally to support operations, expansion, due diligence, etc.
concerning Transfer Pricing matters.
* Preparation and/or review of Transfer Pricing reports and agreements, including ongoing upkeep.
* Documenting results of assessments and reporting findings to appropriate stakeholders.
* Process and control improvement, including elimination of manual work, improving efficiencies, and recommending technological improvements.
Stay updated on global Transfer Pricing legislation, including proposed and pending changes, and manage projects from inception to completion.
*Skills/Competencies* To be considered for this role you will need: * 8+ years Transfer Pricing experience in the software / technology sector.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, data-driven, and strategic writing skills.
* Hands-on project management skills and an eye for detail.
* An ability to work on own initiative and handle priorities and deadlines.
* Proven in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, engaging with people of varying backgrounds and experience levels.
*Salary Range Transparency* NYC Metro Area 144,000 - 194,000 USD per year *Salary Range Disclaimer* The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
