Junior's Restaurants are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our company.
We have 3 restaurants located in the NYC metro area; our original at Flatbush and Dekalb in Brooklyn, along with 45th/Broadway and 49th/Broadway in the Times Square / Theatre District of Manhattan.
Successful Restaurant Managers will be detail oriented, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
Our managers must work well within a large, diverse team.
We run a large, multi-faceted operation; our managers must be able to multi-task and balance multiple responsibilities at once.
Our Managers are committed to providing a great guest experience to each and every guest who enters our restaurant, and a positive work environment for our employees.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Toast, Compeat, Hotschedules, Excel, and Word is desired.

On average, our managers work 5 days and 50 hours per week, with the understanding that ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.
This is a business of nights, weekends and holidays, anyone applying should have the expectation of working during those times.
Our restaurants are busy; shifts begin busy and end busy.
Reporting to work reliably on scheduled shifts at scheduled times is paramount.
All experience levels and compensation levels considered.
