Regional Property Manager, Affordable Housing

Property Manager.
Affordable Housing Fluent in Spanish In charge of three 300 unit Buildings.
Each building has a property manager Experience with Nspire, Reac, HUD and Affordable Housing Required Regional Property Manager position for three 300 Unit Affordable Housing Multifamily Properties.
This role will be involved in day-to-day management of owned and operated rental buildings in North Bergen, NJ and Sayreville will be part of the management team responsible for all aspects of 1) resident quality of life and customer service 2) building operations and tenant relations 3) Outside Vendor Management Job Responsibilities Maintenance of Building 2) preparation of lease offers, 3) follow-up and negotiations, 5) lease signing and counter-signing.
· Ensure all lease documentation and tenant files are accurate and compliant with applicable statutory regulations and requirements.
· Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
00 - $110,000.
