*Responsibilities:*
* Lead technical design sessions and mentor engineers.
* Contribute to full-stack development in a Scrum team.
* Drive technology adoption and innovation.
* Independently deliver quality functionality.
* Lead complex technical projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Improve SDLC and quality processes.
* Participate in grooming and planning user stories.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 8 years of professional development experience.
* Expertise in Scala (Must), Play (Must), React (Must), or similar.
* Proficiency in relational or NoSQL data storage.
* Experience with ESB/API Gateways, Workflow Engines, and more.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and CircleCI.
* Minimum 2 years in Scrum and Agile environments.
* Strong grasp of web application architectures.
* Knowledge of AWS (Must) and Azure.
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
* Exposure to serverless computing and data warehousing is a plus.
* Knowledge of CRM platforms and insurance domain is advantageous.
