Major responsibilities include: Maintaining accuracy of all financial files and records, preparing and reviewing budgets, handling accounts payable, maintaining the general ledger and bank reconciliation, and processing payroll.

The Parish Business Manager is a key parish management position.
The Business Manager works along with the friars and other members of the leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of the parish.
