*Job Title* - Site Inspector *Location* - Long Island City, NY *Job Summary* Inspect each roof under warranty at least semiannually, and (2) coordinate with Property Management Staff to remove any debris from the roof, clean the drains, and as needed, repair flashing and brickwork, replace caulking, patch seams, and perform any other maintenance work needed to prevent leaks and address conditions that could jeopardize the roof’s integrity.
