Collaborate with healthcare professionals, physicians, and other referral sources to facilitate smooth transitions into our facility.
Conduct pre-admission assessments to determine the appropriateness of potential residents for admission.
Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate the admission of new residents, including communication with nursing and support staff.
Provide information and assistance to families regarding the admission process, facility services, and resident care policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and insurance coverage related to admissions.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents and promote the facility's services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, including hospitals, physicians, and social service agencies.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
Participate in facility tours and orientation programs for new residents and their families.
