*Job Summary*
Reporting to the Vice President, Ambulatory Care & Population Health, the Project Manager will support planning and implementation of GNYHA initiatives related to ambulatory care, delivery system transformation, primary care improvement, specialty care access, social determinants of health, community-based organization partnerships, and other relevant areas.
The Project Manager will also support related policy development and advocacy.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage, track progress, and ensure on-time deliverables for ongoing ambulatory care and population health projects.
* Identify and develop potential projects to benefit GNYHA members.
* Draft proposals, reports, workplans, and other project documents.
* Track and summarize State and Federal policy proposals affecting hospital ambulatory care and population health efforts.
* Draft GNYHA publications, newsletters, and other communications.
* Organize content for member educational events, workgroups, and ad-hoc meetings.
* Present project updates to internal and external audiences.
* Develop and maintain relationships with GNYHA members and internal and external project stakeholders.
* Update topic area content on GNYHA website.
*Required Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree
* 3+ years of experience working in a health care, public health, or policy setting.
* Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong writing and presentation skills.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Ability to work well independently, as part of a team, and across departments.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
*Salary Range: *$66,000 - $72,000

*Work Schedule: *A hybrid model with the expectation to work physically in our office Tuesdays and Wednesdays as mandatory in-office days with a third in-office day at your discretion, in conjunction with your supervisor and the business needs of your department.
This schedule may be subject to change in GNYHA’s sole discretion.
This is a full-time position.
