We are based in Midtown Manhattan and we provide unarmed Security Guard Services to a large variety of clients throughout New York City.

We are growing and we are looking for a new Fire & Life Safety Director (FLSD) to join our team.
Responsibilities and Duties Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises Provide excellent customer service Adhere to all company service and operating standards Immediately respond to emergencies & provide necessary assistance Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and accident investigations Standing, patrols, access control, log books and incident reports Qualifications and Skills A valid NYS Security License - Required FDNY F89 or F85 or Z89 - Required Experience in Fire Drills and Security Patrols Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of giving and following complex instructions Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of security operations and procedures High School diploma/GED recommended Benefits Weekly Pay Great Benefit Package: health care, paid time off, retirement savings plans Professional development.
The hourly range for this position is $22 to $28 per hour.
