DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role : As a member of the Innovation Strategy team, you will focus on identifying and exploring opportunities to shape the organization's digital asset strategy and deliver value to DTCC and our customers by co-creating, developing, and re-designing products and services through iterative and rapid proofing to reduce time and cost to market.
Your Primary Responsibilities: Ideation and Design: Contribute to generation of ideas to re-imagine processes and market behaviors and apply critical thinking and design framework to work with internal and external clients to gather concrete business requirements.
Convert high priority opportunities into business concept documents, perform opportunity assessments, and making recommendations on next steps.
Discovery and Demonstrate: Define and manage plans to execute rapid proofing opportunities and detailed opportunity assessments.
Collaborate with the Technology Research & Innovation team, internal stakeholders, and clients to identify priorities and validate opportunities.
Thought Leadership: Draft research, whitepapers, and case studies to assist in communicating DTCC's strategy and views on emerging technology and innovations, both internally and externally.
Industry Engagement: Participate in industry associations/forums and client meetings and monitor the regulatory landscape to remain on the forefront of advances in technologies, tools, and business models with potential application to the capital markets ecosystem Partner with Marketing & Communications, Sales & Relationship Management, Technology Research & Innovation, and key Business stakeholders to promote internal education and collaboration on emerging innovations and technology Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

** Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Experience in emerging technologies, innovation and digital asset strategy preferred Strong understanding of capital markets and market structure, back and middle-office processes across post-trade market participants Product strategy or product management experience preferred Continuous learner.
Intellectually curious and willing to challenge the status quo – not afraid to ask questions and make proposals to solve problems, including thinking outside of the box Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to quickly assimilate new knowledge Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail Aptitude for logically breaking down complex problems and communicating solutions with clarity Proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects Self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally Entrepreneurial mindset and accustomed to using collaborative tools The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
