DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role : The Alliance Practice was established with a mission to drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and consistency across the CSS Delivery Alliance, which covers 5 tribes, under the Clearing and Securities Services (CSS) business line , to execute on our overarching business and technology strategy.
The Alliance Associate Director will partner closely with the Alliance Practices Lead, to help achieve this mission and drive efficiency across all tribes and squads within CSS.
The impact you will have in this role : Apply experience within agile and delivery, to identify and promote standard processes in how the tribes and squads operate Partner with key stakeholders within CSS to understand and help document initiatives in-flight that are driving efficiency through our ways of working, for broader transparency Create and maintain roadmap for the alliance practices Create a monthly newsletter for the alliance, detailing updates and progress made Partner and challenge teams across CSS, to ensure we are driving consistency, and not working in silos Attend and present updates in various meetings, including to senior management, on the initiatives in-flights, roadmap and outcomes the alliance practices are seeking to achieve Identify excellence that exists, leverage and elevate people and practices Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

** Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Experience in the “Agile” approach to software development, including standard ceremonies and communication methods Experience in helping drive change through collaboration and promoting internal and industry best practices Strong communication skills The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
