*Job Description:*
The BOH Manager helps coordinate dine-in theater operations to achieve LOOK Cinema’s goals.
This person will support the management team by communicating expectations to all Team Players in a professional and safe work environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Ensuring high food, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
* Ensuring all LOOK recipes and procedures are followed
* Looking ahead to maintain proper inventory by staying stocked while reducing food waste
* Complete inventory and looks for ways to reduce food cost
* Ensuring all Team Members exhibit LOOK Cinema’s guest service standards
* Ensuring proper staffing in each area and making adjustments as needed
* Assisting with hiring, training, and appropriately disciplining associates
* Scheduling and achieving labor targets
* Working effectively with team members, guests, vendors, and corporate agents
* Listening, communicating, and working to resolve any concerns
* Delivering timely results with minimal supervision
* Maintaining regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts
* All other functions as designated by the General Manager
*Key Qualifications*
* Minimum of 3-5+ years of management experience in a high volume (3-4M +) restaurant or bar (casual dining)
* Ability to provide effective coaching in a respectful manner
* Ability to obtain any required Manager Safe Serve Certification
* Ability to prep, cook and train all culinary procedures
* Ability to manage ordering, receiving, invoicing, inventory procedures
* Computer skills preferred, Microsoft Office tools
* Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Ability to stand for 6 to 9 hours at a time
* Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
* Working knowledge of all Team player functions
