Operations Lead

Yzer is seeking a Full-Time Operations Lead for our Carlstadt, NJ location.
The position will pay $21.
00/hour and the schedule will be Tuesday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and Saturdays 6:30am-3pm.

*DUTIES OF THE JOB:* To provide guidance and oversight for dispatched drivers while giving customers real time updates as needed.
Also responsible for general administrative tasks and organizing the dock.
* Directing drivers on their delivery routes each day * Communicating with our customer(s) regarding delivery status * Ability to use Microsoft Office products.
* Willing to assist with deliveries when necessary.
* Completing mid-day and end-of-day reporting.
* Verifying accuracy of manifests as drivers return to the hub each day.
* Performing office administrative duties involving paperwork and computer tasks * Maintaining job delivery logs.
* Ability to use Pallet Jack and lift up 50 pounds occasionally.
