Job Summary The Vice-President of Partnerships manages the relationship between Optimum Business Services and our business services partner organizations or companies.
This leader will provide support, advise, on-board, and have accountability to help both companies achieve their primary goals as partners.
This senior leader will report to the SVP, GM of Business Services to assist in driving revenue, subscriber growth, market share gain, and customer retention to achieve and exceed corporate budget plan objectives.
Responsibilities Create and articulate the Optimum Business’ vision and roadmap for 3rd party solutions with cross functional partners.
Lead the on-boarding commercialization, contract and amendment negotiations and on-going relationship development with Business Services partners.
Strong and active strategic and execution partnership with key cross functional teams to ensure achievement of Business Services objectives Lead all quarterly, bi-annual, or annual partner reviews covering roadmap, sales, GTM, and strategy Monitor competitive landscape and market trends and incorporate that intelligence in recommendations made to executive leadership and key cross functional partners.
Coordinate and drive launch strategy, forecasting, and ops across functions Ensure consistent positioning across all channels and customer touchpoints, marketing, PR, care, and community affairs Monitor and proactively lead resolution of upstream quality issues Maintain and grow partner relationships Identify areas for additional partners which complement or deliver on the business services product strategy Research the latest in the managed CPE and business needs to create new opportunities to expand business services Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure requirements are met, such as partner revenues and profit goals Lead GTM planning for partner solutions working with the marketing team Work with the business services product team to understand and to properly position partnerships within the business services portfolio Understands and applies knowledge of business financial drivers, develops solutions which produce desired sustainable results, manages and effectively uses OPEX promotional/offer funds, and establishes and tracks KPIs to optimize ROI Effective utilization of financial analysis and modeling techniques to optimize financial investments.
