Our security personnel working days and nights in residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies and upscale retail in NJ and NY.

We currently have immediate openings for fire safety directors at a hotel in New York City for Mon through Sun 15:00-23:00.
Responsibilities:
Schedule : PT ( Sat and Sun 3pm - 11pm )
Starting Rate $25-$28 Depending on experience
As a leading Fire Safety Director in a Hotel, Corporate Building, Office Builing or Residential Building, your role will be to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the community by performing a range of essential tasks.
These include but are not limited to :
Greeting guests and directing guests to proper staff when addressed by guests
Securing the lobby and front desk area and assisting in all other security matters
Handling the fire panel and addressing any alerts or concerns, taking systme offline when reuired
Supervisng and provideing deircetions to other security staff
Diligently monitoring the building and its surroundings through CCTV
Ensuring that all guests and vendors adhere to the proper access control guidelines.
Writing detailed reports, making log entries and submiting reports through online report system and other necessary documentation to both building management and Security USA.
Performing fire inspection and handling fire drills
Lastly, you will be expected to conduct/ delegate Scheduled patrols of the community shared areas within the building
Qualifications:
Valid NY Security Guard License
Valid F89, T89 cards or Z89 certficate
2 years experience required
Must be comfortable standing
Positive and Customer-oriented attitude.
Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience is a bonus
Authorized to work in the US
Great customer service attitude
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to handle simple computer and smartphone operations
Must be able to stand for long hours if required
Must be able climb stairs
Basic knowledge of security operations and procedure
