Job Description: Job Title: Project Coordinator, Team and Culture Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Team and Culture Project Coordinator to ensure seamless collaboration among team members across various locations while fostering a vibrant departmental culture.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to connect and communicate effectively with team members globally, and an aptitude for managing diverse projects from inception to completion.
This role involves planning team events, maintaining project trackers, and drafting communications to ensure smooth operations, successful project outcomes, culture and community initiatives and a thriving global departmental culture.
Key Responsibilities: Communication and Correspondence: Draft and distribute emails, Slack announcements, and other communication materials to keep team members informed and engaged.
Create and maintain documentation related to events, project updates, and team communications.
Helping with job descriptions, equipment, onboarding for the Experience Team Create and implement surveys across Experience with input and direction from People Team, Ccomms and COS Maintain a consistent communication and socialization plan to ensure all teams have the most up to date information Culture and Community: Lead Culture Squad to foster team building across teams and locations Develop and lead cultural initiatives: hackathons, ways of working, onboarding, swag, internships and wellness initiatives while partnering with COS to align on strategy and execution.
Champion Culture and community initiatives and develop a cohesive strategy in partnership with Experience and Culture and Community teams.
Foster Culture and Community learning and development across Experience.
Event Planning: Coordinate and plan team events, meetings, and activities involving team members located across different regions to strengthen the culture.
Organize weekly check-in and town halls by creating the agenda and securing speakers in coordination with COS.
Organize demo meetings by creating agendas and securing demonstrations to connect teams globally and share accomplishments.
Conduct frequent meetings with the culture committee to understand preferences, interests, and constraints for organizing inclusive and engaging events.
Ensure all logistical arrangements, schedules, and necessary resources are in place for successful event execution.
Project: Initiates and spearheads special projects as requested from COS and CXO.
Maintain and update project trackers, ensuring accurate and real-time documentation of project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
Collaborate with project leads and team members to gather and input data into trackers, providing visibility into project status.
Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and project goals are achieved in collaboration with COS.
Act as a central point of contact for project updates, status reports, and coordination among team members involved in different project phases.
Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
Ability to operate independently with excellent time management skills and confirmed ability to deliver on multiple, competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members globally.
Proficiency in project management and ability to see projects through from start to finish.
Ability to effectively interact with people and partners across all levels within the organization Experience in drafting professional emails and correspondence.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in project management tools and software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools and platforms.
