Position Objectives:
Directly supervise assigned locations and seasonal staff as prescribed by department procedures and management.
Directly perform restaurant functions including food preparation, cashiering, counter service, restaurant cleanliness and catered event setup.
Main Functions & Responsibilities:
To manage an assigned Restaurant location and seasonal staff in accordance with the following:
WCS and department rules and regulations
Department of Health food safety guidelines.
Restaurant department quality, service, cleanliness, cash standards.
Control scheduling of seasonal help and maintain labor cost guidelines.
Maintain systems of ordering food, inventory and related supplies.
Responsible to orient and train seasonal staff.
To assist WCS and any of its departments with events.
Perform related tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
Qualifications:
The Candidate must have a minimum of 2-4 years of restaurant experience in a fast-paced quick service restaurant with proven leadership qualities.
They must have demonstrated excellent service standards, interpersonal skills and have a strong understanding of product quality, cash handling and sales.
Employee must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays.
