LED Operations Manager

Title: LED Operations Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Creative Technology, (CT) is accepting applications for LED Operations Manager Position.
This position will be based out of our New Jersey facility.
This person will become an integral and vital part of the Creative Technology Team.
At CT we have the resources and mission to be the premier provider of Audio, Video, LED and Lighting systems to the corporate staging, live performance and broadcast events industry nationwide.

Job Responsibilities: The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of the LED department.
This involves leading a team of staff members to prepare outbound shows, equipment maintenance, organization of department, and acting as a direct contact from show site.
Job Duties: Work directly with LED department staff in a supervisory role to ensure that jobs are fulfilled in the company inventory system (R2) and dispatch schedule while interfacing with operations staff, project managers, and sales staff to ensure that all show equipment requirements are met.
Oversee maintenance of the LED department inventory and adhere to strict QC schedule including service tickets.
Interpersonal skills in dealing with staff both inside the department and outside as well as customers are critical to the success of this role.
After hours work to resolve urgent issues as they arise (equipment failures, late client additions, etc.
) required.
Required Education and Experience: Minimum 10 years in the AV staging industry & 7 years LED experience.
Must have a thorough working knowledge of large-screen LED Video Display products, processing, and hardware requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and strong computer skills.
Prior experience in a supervisory position.
The ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor is essential.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
