We are looking for a dynamic, sales driven manager with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills to lead one of our growing locations.
This individual will need to have previous leadership and coaching experience, as well as experience growing revenue and working in a team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.
The person who fills this role will have a big impact on the region.

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality service while maintaining positive partnerships with our customers
Hire, train, lead, motivate, and develop branch employees to perform at their highest potential
Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators
Manage timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals, and objectives of the branch to be approved by the regional manager
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with reasonably clean record
Leadership experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably in a service or distributor sales organization
Experience in growing sales year over year
Mechanically inclined
Participate in occasional on-call
