The Analyst, Real Estate Asset Management job assists in maximizing the value of the organization's real estate portfolio through the execution of managing, leasing, development, and dispositions of diversified, domestic real estate investments.
Working under close supervision, this job seeks to achieve superior returns on real estate assets through active management and leasing while operating in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets.
Helps to analyze & compare proposals for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts.
Assists with researching and analyzing investment strategies within a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market.
Prepares financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments.
Researches current issues impacting the real estate management business that may affect the company’s portfolio.
Compiles information on current real estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located.
Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience No Experience Required Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 5IC Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) with emphasis in Real Estate or Finance.
2+ years of real estate asset management or investments related experience.
Fundamental understanding of commercial real estate operations, leasing, finance, and accounting.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills that are directed to internal and external clients.
Ability to thrive in a team context and work well under pressure of tight deadlines.
Software skills: Experience with Argus Enterprise, Yardi, and proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Related Skills Construction Management, Due Diligence, Financial Acumen, Financial Analysis, Financial Risk Management, Financial Statements, Market/Industry Dynamics, Organizational Savviness, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Property Management Anticipated Posting End Date: 2024-03-21 Base Pay Range: $66,800/yr.
- $100,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
