Hi I'm a full-time doctor who wants a room in Verona, Cedar Grove, or Essex Fells.
I work 7 days a week and not from home.
I don't drink or smoke and don't care if you do.
I have one nice car, need laundry, don't need kitchen.
I'm 56, single, steady girl, no kids or pets.
Only willing to pay $650 a month even though I make 155K.
I'm cheap.
I can pay the whole year up front.
I don't sign leases or give security deposits.
