I am a very clean, quiet, and easy-going lecturer of creative writing at the University of Pennsylvania, seeking a studio or a room in a quiet home outside the city.
I'm willing to live with one or two respectful housemates.
Rent: $600-$750.
I keep to my room, resting, writing, and researching my third literary book, funded by grants from Creative Capital, Brown U, and UPenn.
I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs.
No children, pets, or guests.
Two bags, a bin of books, and a mobile bedside desk are all I own.
I'm into advanced yoga, weights/calisthenics, running, and keto/daily intermittent fasting, so I only cook once a day.
